About Amplify

Milwaukee is one of the most segregated cities in the United States.
This fragments relationships between cultural groups and creates deep gaps of economic, educational and housing disparity. AMPLIFY is City of Light’s first giving initiative. It will AMPLIFY current weekly efforts to serve city residents. It will AMPLIFY plans to secure our next church home for future growth and it will AMPLIFY the voice of the voiceless in our communities by providing consistent neighborhood empowerment through outreach and Adopt-A-Block initiatives.

Amplify People

We’re staying committed in leading people to grow and be transformed in their relationship with Jesus every week. We’ll continue connecting in authentic community encounters within the church, and impacting the world. We’re moving forward with continuing to help all people reach their God given potential.

Amplify Impact

In our short existence, we’ve served tens of thousands of Wisconsin residents and families. We’ve done this by using theater space, a Wauwatosa office, rented classrooms and other city space. In order to support continued growth and community engagement, we are saving for a future facility

Amplify Our City

Partnering with organizations like the Salvation Army, Milwaukee’s Office of Violence Prevention and various community entities, City of Light Church will host Adopt-a- Neighborhood Programs to provide resources to residents to address poverty and its many effects.
